Today, we manage a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties, working closely with owners to maximise returns while maintaining a high standard of presentation and guest experience.
Alongside this, Leandro brings over 20 years of experience in construction, having worked as a carpenter and builder since 2005. This gives us a practical, on-the-ground understanding of how a property functions — not just how it looks or is marketed.
Together, this combination allows us to approach every property with a broader perspective — from layout and finishes through to pricing, positioning, and performance.

Vida Property Co came from a genuine interest in property — not just as an investment, but as something that can be improved, refined, and positioned to perform better.
Through years of working across different areas of the industry, it became clear that many short-term rentals were underperforming — often due to simple things being overlooked.
At the same time, having experience in both real estate and construction meant we could see opportunities others missed — whether that was in layout, presentation, or overall strategy.
