Leandro and Teighan, along with their two young children, are a local Newcastle family. We proudly serve as short-term rental property managers, specialising in the comprehensive research, acquisition, renovation, and operation of short-term rentals. We ensure that every property under our care is optimised for both guest satisfaction and property owner success.
Leandro boasts an extensive background in construction, accumulating over 20 years of invaluable experience across various roles such as carpenter, licensed builder, and project manager at regional, state, and national levels. Originating from Argentina, Leandro initially pursued studies in hospitality and architecture post high school, later relocating to Australia where his passion for construction took precedence.
Teighan, holds a Bachelor of Science degree and pursued a career as a geologist. However, her path took an interesting turn as she collaborated with Leandro in renovating houses. This fueled her decision to become a licensed real estate agent, equipping her to oversee the sale and management of their property portfolio. Teighan's multifaceted background also encompasses front-of-house management and event coordination in the family's hospitality business.
